BAU Global’s international success story began with the establishment of Uğur Dershaneleri in 1968. Following Uğur Dershaneleri, which enabled students to achieve outstanding success in national examinations, Bahçeşehir College was founded in 1994 to provide quality education to more children. In 1998, Bahçeşehir University welcomed its first students in the heart of Istanbul. In 2004, a dynamic and intensive English language training program was launched at Mentora College. In 2006, Bahçeşehir Science and Technology High School was established to train scientists.
Bay Atlantic University in Washington D.C. and Berlin International University of Applied Sciences in Berlin opened their doors to students from around the world in 2014. In 2015, BAU International University Batumi became a member of the BAU Global Education Network, beginning its academic life with an understanding of education beyond borders. Since the 2017-2018 academic year, Bahçeşehir Cyprus University has united the Mediterranean with higher education that makes a difference.
