Within the scope of the 22nd International Istanbul Culinary Days, students of the BAU Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts won gold medals in two categories: the Best University Team of the Year Competition and the Modern Turkish Cuisine Team Competition.

Bahçeşehir University’s Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Program provides education at the highest standards, featuring three professional training kitchens equipped with modern, state-of-the-art technology, a dedicated pastry and bakery kitchen, and a departmental restaurant where students can present to guests the skills they acquire in their courses. All facilities are designed to allow every student to work comfortably at their own individual workstation.
