Great Success for BAU Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Students at the International Istanbul Gastronomy Festival!

At the Istanbul International Gastronomy Festival, organized by TAŞFED for the past 22 years, two teams composed of students from the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Bahçeşehir University were awarded Gold Medals by the jury in the Best University Team of the Year category and the Modern Turkish Cuisine Team category.

Bahçeşehir University President Esra Hatipoğlu welcomed the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts students—who won Gold Medals in the Modern Turkish Cuisine Team and Best University Team categories held as part of the 22nd Istanbul International Gastronomy Festival—to the Rector’s Office, where she presented them with certificates of appreciation in recognition of their achievement.
