
A cardiovascular awareness campaign was held at BAU International University, Batumi, organized by the university’s student ambassadors.
The aim of the campaign was to raise awareness of the importance of cardiovascular health and to promote preventive approaches among students and the wider community.
As part of the event, a public lecture was delivered under the guidance of Assistant Professor Dr. Khatuna Diasamidze, covering modern aspects of the prevention and management of cardiovascular diseases.
Participants also had the opportunity to take part in preventive medical screenings, which included body mass index (BMI) assessment, blood pressure and pulse measurement, and electrocardiographic (ECG) examination, as well as receiving individual consultations and recommendations.
