BAU Cyprus Signs MoU with the Central Bank of The Gambia!
Bahçeşehir Cyprus University (BAU Cyprus) welcomed a high-level delegation from The Gambia and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Central Bank of The Gambia, marking an important step toward strengthening international academic and institutional cooperation.
The delegation included Mr. Buah Saidy, Governor of the Central Bank of The Gambia; Dr. Abdoulie Sireh Jallow, First Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of The Gambia; Mr. Baboucar Cham, Director of Human Resources; and Dr. Foday Joof, Principal Economist at the Central Bank of The Gambia.
During the visit, the delegation met with Prof. Dr. Mehmet Toycan, Rector of BAU Cyprus. Discussions focused on academic collaboration, capacity building, and potential joint initiatives linking higher education with financial and economic institutions.
